Monday Morning: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
🌙 Round 6
Monday Evening: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Duration: 12–16 weekly online sessions, depending on group size.
Empower Her is a small-group journey that integrates Schema Therapy concepts with experiential exercises, creating a safe space to explore yourself, your patterns, and your relationships.
Throughout the journey, you will learn to:
* Understand your emotional patterns and schemas.
* Recognize your different modes and coping styles.
* Understand your unmet emotional needs.
* Build and strengthen your Healthy Adult.
* Develop healthier boundaries and relationships.
* Respond to yourself with greater awareness, compassion, and choice.
This journey is for women who are ready to pause, look inward, understand themselves more deeply, and create a different way of relating to themselves and others.
